Head II Head

The annual Head II Head debate is increasing in popularity as the one place where the best of the industry meet every year to share their experience and knowledge with each other, and to develop strategies for helping each other to succeed. This year we pay tribute to the trailblazers and luminaries who paved the way for the salons of today. Our special guests will include pioneering businessman and community leader, Tony Wade MBE, of Dyke and Dryden, and A’Lelia Bundles, the great, great granddaughter of Madame C.J. Walker, and industry pioneer Enoch Williams, founder of Sahara Single Bible. Panelists will be led by the renowned veteran Winston Isaacs in what promises the most inspirational and thought provoking Head II Head to date. An unmissable event!

Tony Wade will be signing copies of both his books, HOW THEY MADE A MILLION: THE DYKE AND DRYDEN STORY, and BLACK ENTERPRISE IN BRITAIN.

A’Lelia Bundles will be signing copies of her critically-acclaimed, best-selling biography, ‘ON HER OWN GROUND: The Life and Times of Madam C. J. Walker’.

Cutting It! Barbershop University Challenge

From ‘fros to fades, today’s barbers have the sharpest skills, but do they really have the customer service and business skills to cut it in this industry? Led by quiz master Foss aka Chris Foster, Wahl Hair Awards Barber of the Year 2006, four of London’s sharpest shavers go head to head in a ‘University Challenge’ style face off to crown the Salon Strategies Barbershop Business Brainiac!
